By partnering with other initiatives, organizations, and businesses that have the same core values and beliefs as Helping Hands by Truth Be Told, we are currently able to assist, as quickly and efficiently as possible, those whose lives and health are under threat. With our partners, we are able to meet the objective of fulfilling people’s basic needs: food, water, shelter, and medications. Moreover, we are able to provide continuous assistance to vulnerable peoples until they regain their livelihoods and the autonomy needed to get back on their feet and face the challenges of an uncertain future with dignity.
